The heartwood of Palo Santo is used in aromatherapy, meditation and energetic purification of space. The uplifting and pleasantly aromatic smoke enhances the vibration of any environment, facilitates creativity, and attracts positive energy for those open to its magic!
All of our Bursera graveolens products are cut from the heartwood of naturally fallen trees & produced in strict accordance with governmental guidelines regulating the collection, processing, & global distribution of Palo Santo. We support responsible, regenerative sourcing practices, & contribute to active reforestation efforts to ensure a long-term supply of the Bursera graveolens tree for future generations. Sustainably sourced from Peru.
Sustainable Palo Santo stick: When burning Palo Santo, it deliver a subtle fragrance that is amazing and relaxing.
Burn it and create a safe space while providing good vibes around your space.
Burning Instructions: Carefully light one end using a small flame. Allow end to burn for a few seconds, then quickly blow out flame. Place Sage/Palo Santo stick on fire safe surface.
CAUTION: Use with extreme caution. Do not leave burning or smoldering stick unattended. Keep out of reach of children.

All items from BY JS THE BRAND are cleansed with palo santo and selenite, packed with meditation music and sealed with good intentions prior to shipping out. However, we do recommend that you cleanse your crystals upon opening. Please see our Cleansing Blog article in the many different ways to cleanse and charge.

Returns
Due to hygienic and safety purposes, all of Charlie's Organics skincare are final sale once the package leaves JS The Brand HQ.
For JS Home, JS Crystals, JS Jewelry and Affirmation cards, returns are accepted if they are requested within 14 days of the date your order was shipped. Items must be unused and in their original condition and returned at the buyers cost. If you have a return, please email us at info@byjsthebrand.com with your order number so we can assist you.
Digital purchases are final sale.
Refunds
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be issued to the method selected in the return process. Note that refunds can take up to 7-10 business days to appear on your bank account due to varying processing times between financial organizations.
The refund does not include the shipping charged of sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs.
We recommend shipping your return with tracking to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s).
