Prep Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ceremonial grade matcha

  • 1/4 cup organic canned coconut cream

  • 1 cup organic oat milk (unsweetened)

  • 1 serving MCT oil

  • 1-2 drops organic vanilla extract

  • Dash of organic ceylon cinnamon powder

  • Optional: 1-2 drops monk fruit, as desired

     

     

    Directions

    1. Combine matcha, oat milk, coconut cream and cinnamon powder in a blender and blend until completely smooth and put aside while you prepare your other ingredients.

    2. Add the MCT oil, vanilla extract and monk fruit to your cup of choice and mix the liquids together.

    3. Add some ice (I like to use crushed ice)

    4. Pour the matcha into your cup, add a cute reusable straw and enjoy!
